Stiftung Warentest: Condor is simply good!

Compared to ten other airlines, the Condor offering attained a good assessment from the Stiftung Warentest in the areas of Service and Information and Booking. In so doing, the great seating comfort, the professional check-in and the Flex Relax Tariff are specifically highlighted.

Consumer survey: Award for Condor customer service

Our service tops the list! In a recent customer service survey conducted by PULS, a Nuremberg-based market research firm, Condor took 2nd place among 13 leading German tourism and aviation companies. PULS regularly asks Germans to evaluate providers' prices, quality and service. It publishes its results twice per year in a "Quality Barometer".

Flex Relax: Fly more flexibly with a new rate system.

From December 11, 2007, Condor customers will be able to book more easily and fly more flexibly. Our rate system is being simplified. Starting immediately, there is only one basic rate which you can then extend as required. Those who wish to remain flexible only have to book our new Flex Relax as well.
With this innovative additional service - which Condor is the first airline in the world to offer - you can change your flight or transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before departure without incurring the usual handling charge. In the event of cancellation, Condor will reimburse up to 100% of the ticket price after deduction of a handling charge.
